Finding resonance with your inner world of feelings is an important part of any healing. However, society and education systems are not focusing on developing emotional intelligence and the art of expressing one's true feelings. Even though science begins to acknowledge its immense importance, since suppressed feelings, and unreleased old traumas can form blockages and false notions about oneself that are sabotaging healing, confidence, (self)-love, and overall joy in life.​​

So, If we don't manage emotions, emotions will manage us! ​

Therefore, after getting a positive mindset (Strategy #3), liberation from emotional self-sabotage and shifting to positive constructive feelings and emotions is our number one priority. ​​​​​​​​​​

The "EMOTIONAL System" SEMINAR:​​​​​

The body is a self-healing organism. If the body unable to heal itself, then something is blocking this process. During this seminar we will offer a deep understanding of trauma and its resonance. What is the evolutionary role of the emotional system (feminine yin energy)? We'll share with you what is known today about the subconscious system. Why a lack of self-love can make it difficult for a person to feel worthy of a healthy lifestyle? Why the safety-traumas associated with the relationships with mother are linked today to autoimmune diseases?

The "EMOTIONAL System" WORKSHOP:​

Feel invited to Viktoria's practices to spotlight the 'dark side' of the inner being under our guidance in a safe space. These practices are developed to detect what shadows the process of natural healing, self-love and achieving goals. Our unique 'shadow-work' gets you to your true feelings, making you feel safe in any emotion, giving them a place, accepting the past, finding peace with the mother figure (even deceased), getting rid of old notions that no longer serve you, rooting new positive feelings about yourself, freeing space for the new energies and processes. Tips and tricks will ge shared to help feel positive and self-loving in every-day life.

At the end, the list of the tasks will be shared, and do's & don'ts for the coming month that will help rooting new positive feelings as the new "normal", and freeing space for the new energies and processes.

Support is essential in the self-healing process. On Sundays we will meet to share personal experience, inspire and get inspired by the experience of others, and ask all the questions.
