VIDEO BATH is a therapeutic, immersive, whole-body experience to induce deep relaxation, meditative states and inner peace.

Inspired by the Sound Bath concept, Viktoria Kova invents the VIDEO BATH experience, which engages all the senses through
her organic digital art (video, light, sound, vibrations), live guidance and human touch.
​​
Participants lie or sit comfortably while pleasant sensations "wash" over them,
promoting stress reduction and emotional wellbeing.
The process involves immersion in a meditative, healing environment without the need to “look and listen” in the traditional sense.

All VIDEO BATH's components are mindfully created and measured in our LAND of GOOD art studio,
implementing latest studies and cutting-edge research.

​In addition to the hypnotic pleasure of relaxation and endorphins sensations, Viktoria also guides the visitors through the
ancient Slavic wisdom of the "multiple bodies": the "Self", the Inner Child, the Mind, and the Observer for positive, constructive changes in life.

​As the event unfolds, we guide to co-create and manifest:​​

How Does VIDEO BATH Work?
We perform it through the following mediums: - organic digital videoart, created with the certain colors, shapes and motion; - ​original soundscapes based on 432Hz frequency; - elements of breath work, humming (nitric oxide production), shaking; - live guidance and gentle touch (ASMR & endorphins massage); - our research, knowledge and personal experience of natural healing.
Why Does VIDEO BATH Work?
We use the phenomenon called sympathetic resonance, whereby your brainwaves begin to synchronize and match with the frequency of an external stimulus, like sound and light. Such a synchronization leads to the increased flow of communication between the two hemispheres of the brain, which contributes to healing and overall wellbeing. Our art helps to relax the physical body, calm the mind and the emotional body, to facilitate a deeper connection with the inner Self and the surrounding world.​​
Why 432 Hz Frequency?
Compared to 'Sound Bath', which uses musical instruments to create different vibrations, at Video Bath we focus on one specific vibration of 432HZ, which is considered the frequency of nature and healthy human body. To increase the healing effect we bath you in 432HZ, embedded in the soundscape that accompanies our video art.
What is Endorphins Massage?
The tender touch has the power of the highest sense. Although discarded by Aristotle as the lowest animal instinct, this basic human need has the potential of letting us know that we are not alone in the world, that there is someone who cares and shares their "skin" with us. It offers proof of the solidity of things other than ourselves. The well-intentioned touch creates space in us where we feel safe and held.  We know from modern science that the tender touch of others boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, decreases the level of stress hormones such as cortisol and triggers the release of the same kind of opiates as painkilling drugs. For example, people with dementia who are hugged and stroked are less prone to irritability and depression. to allow and receive physical enjoyment. We also offer Endorphins Massage to enhance the sense of the Self being in the moment, and encourage the allowance of feeling and receiving physical enjoyment without any preconditioned guilt.
What is Art Meditation?
A unique video and sound art technique developed by the artist that helps to experience meditation through the influence of certain images, movements, colors, sounds and frequencies. Helps to learn the art of meditation without years of practice, and to come to different depths of meditation on demand.​
Why Colour Blue?
A great deal of research already has been done on colour and the beneficial effects it can have on a person's wellbeing. Applying these studies for our goal of reset and relaxation, we choose the shades of blue as the basis of our artworks. Blue takes care of putting things back to normal after whatever adventures you have been through. Like water, its nature is to cool and to prevent things from becoming overheated. It acts through our nervous system, feelings and instincts. And when blue functions well there is a sense of inner stillness, which allows an increased level of perception.
No "Water"?
While the sound and light wash over the participants, the VIDEO BATH involves no water; you can leave your swimsuit at home.

Het was een heerlijk bad van geluid en beeld. Viktoria maakt films met een bepaalde frequentie geluid wat door je lijf heen gaat en je wordt in het beeld meegenomen naar je diepere zelf.
