The art of Relaxation & quality Sleep is the next step towards healing & smart lifestyle.

Everybody knows what relaxation is, but not many know how to relax. Especially in the midst of a busy city, hectic office, or surrounded by kids high-intensity energy. Meanwhile, along with cardiovascular diseases, obesity, burnout, mental issues and aging, autoimmune diseases are also strongly linked to chronic stress, poor quality of sleeplack of relaxation and 

wrong choice of calming substances

Although the smart choice of relaxation & good sleep can seriously improve biomarkers and reverse aging

So, If we don't manage stress, stress will manage us!

Therefore, after getting your exercise right, choosing smart relaxation & sleep routine is our number one priority. â€‹

The "Physical Body System - Relaxation" SEMINAR:​​​​​

During this seminar we first offer a deep understanding of why the immune system dysfunctions on relaxation-poor, stress-based lifestyle causing the body to lose its ability to recover and rejuvenate. Why a certain type of stress is beneficial? When does stress become harmful? What are short-term stress reducers? How to slowdown and be present in any circumstances? Is multitasking a myth?​ Is there really a connection between relaxation and healthy weight? The science behind chronically increased cortisol and insulin resistance.

The "Physical Body System - Relaxation" WORKSHOP:​

We will offer some practices of stress management. Techniques and tips to maintain inner peace and good quality of sleep. We will be developing your personalized relaxation plan for restoration and rejuvenation.

At the final part of the seminar we offer our Video Bath - a guided meditation accompanied by the heavenly 432Hz vibration, to practice a state of being that supports the ability to stay calm and stress-smart in every-day life.

The list of the tasks will be shared, and do's & don'ts for the coming month to help establish your relaxed self as the new "normal".

others, and ask all the questions.
