The body is a self-healing organism. If the body isn’t able to heal itself, then something blocks this process.

Our research at the Quantum Healing Institute shows that such blockages have not only somatic causes but can be formed from feelings and emotions associated with old traumas. 

Trauma refers to any event that was too unexpected, too fast or too big to be adequately responded to at the time.

 

For example, if a person finds it difficult to follow a healthy lifestyle, this may be due to a lack of an established feelings of self-love. Subconsciously such a person doesn't believe to be worthy of the best. This usually indicates safety-traumas and problems in relationships with the mother.
